Photos from July 19, 2008 in New Milford, CT. I hurt my neck at the beginning of this weekend, so holding still waiting for birds and bees was alot more fun than staring at the ceiling. This was my first time really using the 100-300mm zoom lens. I have some better ideas for next time. These are not as clear as I had hoped for, but that's ok. I'll keep practicing.

he flew away with that flower he picked. it was cool.


you can't really tell here, but these guys are blue. Possibly a Steel-blue Cricket Hunter (Chlorion aerarium)


Paper Wasp (Polistes spp.)














his girlfriend appeared out of nowhere.
i didn't have time to adjust, but i got her all the same.
